We then secure their permission to fax over some pre-approach information to the decision maker.

We then personally address an introductory fax to the decision maker that explains your offer in a very compelling way that entices the decision maker to WANT TO SPEAK WITH YOU. It also includes your contact information so that the decision maker can contact you directly.

A few days later we send a follow-up fax that reiterates your offer and informs the decision maker that you will be calling him/her to discuss the details.

Finally, we provide you with a comprehensive list that contains all of the information we gathered.

What happens next ...

Some of the decision makers on your list will contact you immediately because they wish to discuss your offer!

Many of those who do not call you will still be interested. You can call them and tell the gate keeper that your prospect is expecting your call. This will get you right through to him/her. Identify yourself to the decision maker and reference the faxes that were sent. You will encounter one of three scenarios:

1) Your prospect has read your material and is prepared to discuss your offer. You then can deliver your message on a very favorable basis!

2) Your prospect has read your material and is not interested. This saves you a lot of time, because your message has already been delivered and you have identified this person as a 'non-buyer' so there is no need to waste your time. Move on to the next prospect.

3) Your prospect has NOT read your material and is not prepared to discuss your offer. Simply confirm that he/she has the material or resend it if they do not have it, then set a time to call back.
